OKAY so nominee introduction is over!
thought our group did okay overall luh.
but i screwed up my intro speech.
forgot what i wanted to say and everything came out in a mess.
smoked like shit, wth.
and the 30 seconds thing was an ultimate shocker really.
i had no idea what to say until the mike was passed to me.

been feeling really pmsy everyday these days
added to stuff like the last minute fac shirts tucking in/out thing.
and our inevitable inefficiency at times which was probably none of our fault anyway.
was super pissed at the system and all
but couldn’t help it.

i lost the 3 kg i thought i gained?!
during pe today they measured some 46.1
wth, should i be happy.
even though its probably a good thing that i put on some weight
it feels downright weird for a relatively slim person to put on so much weight at once.
oh wells.
ah, the last lap of campaign!
after which it’s a whole new run, whether i get in or not.

lets pray for the best.

has been pretty stressful and tiring. painting the banner, shooting the video, running around different shops asking for prices, brainstorming for ideas, coping with mistakes and feeling broke have taken the toll on all of us. but for qs and xiu i admit it’s really quite crazy to balance cross and canoe trainings and academics and this. kinda makes me feel guilty for not having touched my racket in 3 weeks or so.

so, to VOTE(RED), please cheer up and be energised! to a certain master lee, get more sleep at night luh.

yeah, the best thing about all the shit we’re feeling is the presence of friends all around us. someone to talk to, to confide in, to have satisfying gossip sessions, to share jokes amidst all the work we have to complete.

been feeling weird-tempered, but it’s not the recent events affecting me. just in-bred. oh well. pms days.

i’ve suddenly gained 3 kg!!! wth i’m like 49.5 now. the gain’s like within a matter of weeks, when i havent really gained much weight since i stopped pubertising in sec 2 or 3.

our campaign cost will go up to more than 80 bucks! :@ not that we wanna use money to bribe or what, but we’re all perfectionists and we wont wanna compromise on our brilliant idea just because of the price. nvm, we’ll continue looking for cheaper alternatives(:

speaking of which, there’re econs and maths tests tmr!!!

The past few days have been quite alright, since it’s the last week of term 1 already. Watching ppl leaving the school, then coming back. for those not coming back, have fun at your new home(: hwachong’s the best, but be glad all of us made so many good friends here yep. I still think the first 3 months system sucks shittt. damn saddening la.

wed night the appeal results came out and i decided to go for dinner with ben kwan lingxiu lingying and cherrylene. so we went currywok. following that it was to islandcreamery for dessert((((: and a lot more bitching. That afternoon we also found out much more about Project Afrikwan and zimbabwe itself. I also managed to look stupid by asking whether its possible to contract AIDS there, and whether there’re toilets. i thought they were pretty relevant, though i didnt mean AIDS as in AIDS AIDS, but rather contractable diseases like dengue or whatever. Anyway i think kwan’s gonna open up to the whole sch or sth. so it might be quite different from the initial concept. but the school hasnt approved of it yet, dang. mrkwan leaving for zimbabwe again tonight, HAVE FUN.

then on thurs daryl sean joch and i went to play slippery slope with some of the rest it was damn fun since many of us didnt get to play it during our orientation. walao we almost became the only other group to get to the top la. sorry daryl(: got damn wet, but thanks ben for the plastic uktrip-reminding one-use worksheet-lookalike underwear. quite comfy though. ok no details(:

Went to MS heng’s poetry recital thing last night with qs and the A10 ppl. quite boring, but her poem sounded pretty okay. but she gave me 22/50 for lit and i feel so disillusioned. after that the guys had a sharing session at kap. damn cracked up. thanks xiu for the early present lol.

today went off early to sch for council expose and we found out the videos were of damn high standard! and the council-in-charge told us about the cons of joining council, but i’m still steadfast(: sigh we can’t even break the minorest of sch rules from now on. like leaving sch before 1 even with no more lessons. then we danced mass dance (!) and sang songs. omg dancing mass dance is embarrassingly embarrassing! plus im nubbbbb and partner also nub HAHA. i love the fac dances though.

after lunch at thai noodle house with qs yunting and lingxiu lingying us guys went to play table tennis at high sch with zhixiang eunice and her class. training for the interfac thing. shit la artemis is gonna own):
