The past few days haven’t been very productive. i’m actually losing momentum even before i hit much of one. i think i’m gonna screw blocks up again. so far all i’ve done is maths and i still take 8945189 hours to complete half of each topic. freaking demoralising. but i’m gonna start on econs soon, probably tmr. and a bit of history and lit over the weekend. ugh.

so today was supposed to be Lit blocks for arts. but i went with calvin for the ns medical. this is blog worthy. my bloody heart beats too fast even after 3 tries so they referred me to alexandra hospital after my blocks for a heart scan. what the shit la. i was trying damn hard to slow down my heartbeat for the second and third tries la. but it was still like around 100 or so. what the shit. and then in the room when the MO asked me to show him my kookoobird he read the heartbeat charts and used the stethoscope to hear my heart and said just do a heart scan but most probably will be nothing. i seriously hope it’s nothing la. sucks i want to make it to pes b at least sia. thought i wouldn’t get A since i had eczema and was pretty underweight already. but fast heartbeat?! dulan.

the iq test section was just zzzzzzzzzzzzz. played eenie miney minnie moe at the physics questions. quite retarded.

hahahahah and wth i just rmbed the blood-drawing part. i’m needlephobic and when i saw it was the first station i almost fainted. but i was just like, get it over with la whatever. my vein is damn invisible and the young guy took awhile to locate it and i was feeling nervous so i was like, ‘haha no vein’. but he replied ‘got’. no humour la he. then immediately poked the bloody needle in. so i survived it, and went on to the next station, but after awhile i felt a great wave of nausea and i rushed to the toilet and on the way my hearing and vision got damn clouded and i almost fainted what the shit haha. but i went to the toilet and puked air and felt better after that. what the shit la. and i don’t even know why i’m like that. i keep remembering the time i got an injection for high fever and puked 2 bagfuls of plastic bags in front of the laughing doctor. so damn embarrassing. but whatever la. maybe some day i’ll get over needles.

caught 2 movies over the past week. kungfu panda with kheexuan and junshyang. that was quite a funny show i now have crane and monkey sitting in front of me courtesy of nick and macdonalds’ happy meal. anyway, it was a fun day out finally with that bunch. a pity wk likes ____ and mugging more

and i finally caught sex and the city, with birthday boy jijo and belated birthday girl hazel. and benpoh and ernest. hahahah i was the only one who found it damn damn touching and i almost cried!!! the reunion scenes. with the music and all. very moving

we made many people look at us by taking out both the presents at burger king and spreading them on the table. quite embarrassing but whatever

Hmm. The past week just flew past, no kidding. like what’s gone of the holidays have been so far. Worry of all worries that seems to be no worry right now: nothing academic’s accomplished. which includes all the badly overdue assignments that i planned to do a few weeks ago, to say the least. bad sign man.

So, ares chalet is over. was moderately fun la, haha. although it got quite zzz at times. i like night walks in the park, hahaha. and spending time doing nothing with jijo for long periods. bowling was quite fun, with record-breaking sean and jijo hitting 170++ or so and jackson’s virgin experience hitting an 89 and even i broke my best record- 80 lol -.- oh and jacuzzi and sauna were extremely soooooooothing. if only they could install something like that in the school. but all in all it was nice la, no shit.

Caught Enchanted, too. contrary to everyone else i pretty liked the ending, haha. i think the perfectionist in me craves a perfect happy ending to every story, lol. i think prince edward is very very handsome, looks like van nistelrooy hahahaha. damn charming. but i guess it was beyond my expectations i really didn’t expect much at first haha.

Tsukuba exchange was alright too, surprisingly. being part of backstage for once was surprisingly fun with jinyang and co around. the school tour with justin was uneventful but nice i guess. but i guess the main highlight was playing dodgeball with the japs lol. they are pretty sporty, and sporting. we all played for quite awhile, haha. it was a pity we didn’t bid them a proper goodbye though. at least i didn’t. they have photos we all took together but i don’t haha. anyway, we all felt like movie stars, cause all of them had cameras with them and wanted pictures. it was very very cool. there was a slight language barrier though, lol. after the exchange we went to play tennis for awhile before going for dinner with woankeng kheexuan and junshyang. it was funny as usual with these people. council’s an infinitely warmer place cause of them

my neck and the region near it have hurt quite badly since i woke up this morning. if it doesn’t get better tmr i won’t go for training. sigh why has it got to be at nanhua anyway i hate the coach. i wonder why i’m even continuing with this anyway. actually i know why. but i don’t know if it’s all gonna work out in the end. lol okay i just heard no one’s going so hahaha.

Oh ya, cry for me please. Jonhu, Kheexuan, Junshyang, Stanley, DarylYee and yours truly got picked (drew lots) to be the guy-guy partners for mass dances omgggggggggggggggggg. I WANT TO CRY PLS. the allocation’s out and i’m partnering stanley. the only positive is that i’m the guy and stan is the girl. but how am i gonna look like to the j1s next year???????? omggggggggggggggggg

if you wonder what the 3 images are, let me tell you a story. the 2nd night we went for a walk in the park, calvin chia saw his private plane flying across the night sky, heading directly at us. but alas, when yours truly whipped out his phone, the plane had already flown past. so we waited for a second plane and it really came, good job calvin! and i got a few snaps. but it turned out like that. guess the lousy flashlight isn’t of much use. but wow la, it flew directly above us… very very close, like gonna crash like that. very nice.

hmm the last two days of the march break was spent chionging holiday homework and brainstorming for campaign ideas. though we dont have everything planned out nicely yet i guess we’re getting there. sort of. but at least linghuan’s back and we have our full team again(: argh wed is games day. hope i dont make a fool of myself with table tennis ): the holidays zoomed past yet again, with daily trips out of the house -.- and spending quite a lot. but campaign brainstorming sessions with xiu and qs were to some extent productive haha.

and i cannot cannot cannot believe that dramafeste is over. cannot.

the past 2 weeks have been truly crazy and hectic, yet tremendously enjoyable. dramafeste 07 concluded with a bang despite the disappointing truth- we didn’t win Best Play. i really really felt we deserved to win it, seeing all the hard work that we put in and the fact that so many ppl have given feedback that Ares should have won. but heck, we put up the very best show we could, we won 3 awards and kudos to cast, crew, backstage, costumes, shumin, the fac comm and all Aresians who were so supportive.

i lost my small bottle of ‘tears’ which i used for the last scene. cheat a bit luh, hahaha.

these few weeks have definitely left an everlasting impression on me. the auditions where i had persuasions to be michael but stayed firm to max:) the practices which went up the intensive slope to the point where we stayed till 10-11 every night. the lines and actions which never stopped being improvised -.- and the bonding with everyone(:
